Life in an anxious world, Sunday 27th March 11am: Feeling anxious is something that most of us have experienced in our lives to various degrees. The world certainly saw a surge in anxiety levels during the pandemic as the foundations of our lives were shaken. That sense of fear or worry about what is about to happen or could happen can become an unwanted controlling force in our lives. In this service we looked at Life in an anxious world and finding out whether Christianity has any answers or comfort for us.
Life in a fragile world, Sunday 27th March 6.30pm: For many of us over the last two years we have seen our foundations rocked as we went through a global pandemic and now are faced with the reality of war in Europe. Is there any security in life? In this special service we looked at the theme of life in a fragile world to discover if Jesus has anything to say in the face of life's fragility.
Life in a lonely world. Sunday 3rd April 9am and 11am: Even for the best connected of us, life can feel lonely sometimes. Friendships can founder, relationships can fail. Can we be certain of being loved forever? During this service we will be considering what Jesus has to say about this most important of subjects.
Life in a Hopeless World. Sunday 3rd April 6:30pm: When life is uncertain, is it possible to have a hope that can keep us going? We will be considering what Jesus has to say about hope, and what it means to trust in him when everything else feels hopeless.
