Ministry Trainee Job

The Ministry Trainee position at Highfields Church, Cardiff is a two year bi-vocational opportunity for those seeking to go into full-time Christian Ministry.

You will be working as part of a staff team within a large, diverse church that is situated in the heart of the city, whilst obtaining in-context theological training. As a church we are passionate about reaching people with the good news of Jesus, making and maturing disciples and investing in the next generation of leaders.

The programme is flexible enough for it be tailor made to your ministry area of choice whether that be a future Pastor, Women’s worker or Church worker (such as Students/Children’s/Internationals/Music).

The Ministry Trainee will be a committed Christian with evangelical convictions and show a love and concern for the spiritual growth of people in their care. They will work alongside the Highfields Pastors to make and grow disciples amongst the church family at Highfields and beyond.
