Student Nexus

Every Tuesday of term we meet together as a student community for Nexus, our weekly small group Bible study.  We're starting a new 5 week study series looking at the letter of 2 Timothy. It's Paul's last epistle, written to his dear friend and protege Timothy as he hands on the baton of gospel ministry and exhorts him to guard the good deposit of the gospel and preach it faithfully.

It's a wonderfully warm letter for us to study, helping us to consider the precious gift that the gospel is to us, and challenging us to consider how we can be part of the work to preserve it and pass it on so it might continue through the generations. We're really looking forward to digging into these truths together. 

If you're new to Highfields church, or have never been to our Nexus small group Bible study before, here's a taste of what to expect!

We meet at church at 6.30pm for a meal together, before breaking into small groups to study Gods word. There's also opportunity to share in prayer, and dwell on what God has been saying as we end the night in sung worship.
