A series of Sunday morning services looking at money matters from a biblical perspective.
Many people lament the lack of basic education about personal money management and the increasing materialism in our culture. There is concern about the resultant problems of consumer debt, marital conflict over money, and the shame and embarrassment that people feel over poor financial decisions they have made. And, of course, when personal finances are in disarray it seems impossible to be a generous giver.
What is less understood is the spiritual impact of how we handle and relate to our money. We really can’t serve God and money (Matt. 6:21) and for many people money has become their idol; the chief rival god in their lives. There is a huge relationship between how we relate to money and how we relate to God.

The book of Acts is a wonderful book, because it helps us to see that when we are followers of Jesus we actually are caught up in something much bigger than ourselves. We are involved in the passing on of a message that has been transforming people's lives in every single country on the face of this earth for thousands of years.
