1. Persuasive Evangelism: Helping you provide honest answers to honest questions
Lindsay & Ann Brown - Chapel
Are reason and faith mutually exclusive, or does the Bible provide the best answers to challenging questions? In this track we will attempt to equip you to answer questions such as: Where is God in a world of suffering?; Is the Bible sexist?; Is it arrogant to claim that Christ is unique?; and Is the God of the Old Testament overly harsh?

2. Digging for Gold: How to understand and teach the Bible
Dave Gobbett - Digging for Gold
How do you move from opening a large, ancient, unwieldy book from your bookshelf to hearing and sharing God’s word today? In these sessions we’ll be looking at some first principles that will help us listen to God’s voice in the Bible, with a view to giving that treasure to other people, whether through leading a Bible study, or giving a talk.

3. Wisdom for Life: Applying the principles of the book of Proverbs to 21st Century living
Geoff Cresswell - Coffee Lounge
The world is full of self-help books, often based on worldly wisdom. These seminars explore principles relating to the world of work arising from truths found in the book of Proverbs. Having applied them for over 30 years in leadership, management, inspection and training, there is no question that they work in powerful ways.

4. Second-Half Living: Using all our days for Jesus (for the over 50s)
Ted Pilling - Second-Half Living
These seminars are specifically for those over 50. We will spend time learning from the past, reflecting on the present and planning for the future. Increasing responsibilities toward family, work and church can be overwhelming. We want to help you “finish the race” well (2 Tim. 4:7).

5. What did you Expect?: Enriching your marriage with the gospel
Aled & Susie Williams, Andrew & Sophie Rees - Dalton Street
You won’t take long to be disappointed in marriage! You can’t avoid the sin of your spouse and you. In these seminars, we’ll be watching
& discussing (in couples) Paul David Tripp’s life-shaping DVD series: What did you Expect? So often we buy into the delusion that our
biggest problem is on the outside. We need the Gospel to change us!

6. Just Looking: An open forum for discussing your questions, objections & doubts about faith
Kevin & Mags Moss - Aberystwyth Room
This track is designed for both Christians and non-Christians or those unsure. We’ll be dealing with objections that might prevent people
from attending Christianity Explored, which will be due to start soon after the Equip series has concluded. We’ll cover a range of topics
which will allow people to attend as many sessions as they want.

Kids (0-11 year olds): Inside Out - What the Bible says about my feelings
James Pope & Team - Pierce Hall
Each week we’ll think about a different feeling (joy, sadness, anger & fear) and see what the Bible teaches us about it. We’ll watch the
Disney movie ‘Inside Out’ and have some great small group time.
Children can be dropped off from 4.50pm, with food provided for them from 6.00pm – 6.20pm.

Youth (11+ year olds): Fitting in and standing out
Jess Sanderson - GF Room
How do you navigate your way through a day at school: work, tests, teachers, friends, bullies, boyfriends & girlfriends? We’re going to look at loads of topics that crop up each day, with lots of chat and time for questions (and answers!). Older youth can go to one of the main tracks if you want – please talk to Jess if you’re unsure!
