Five seminar tracks for adults and a programme for children and youth - running for 4 consecutive weeks:

  • Foundations that Stand (Michael Teutsch): We live in a time now called 'Post Truth'. This seminar series will be looking at God's truths that stand the test of time, truths that equip us to live confidently in our world today.
    Venue: Dalton Street
  • Caring for One Another (Elspeth Pitt & Sabrina Featherstone): Jesus calls those who belong to Him to love one another as He has loved us. But what does that look like in practice in a big city church? These interactive and practical sessions will help us to consider how to care for one another in a way that is distinctively gospel-minded.
    Venue: Monthermer Road
  • Is God Green? Climate Change, the Bible, and What on Earth we're Here for (Dave Gobbett): The oceans are full of plastic, Australia is burning, Extinction Rebellion have taken to the streets and Greta is still only seventeen. What does the Bible teach about our environment, and how should Christians respond?
    Venue: Monthermer Road
  • Engaging in Evangelism (Jon Reeves): Why doesn't God just take us to heaven as soon as we become Christians? Because He wants us to be involved in His unstoppable mission to reach people for Christ. This seminar series will be looking at the essentials of mission, our 21st century context, and skills to grow in being better witnesses for Christ.
    Venue: Monthermer Road
  • Practical Parenting (Aled & Susie Williams): How do we navigate the challenges of parenting in the 21st century? This seminar series will be based on Paul Tripp's new book, 'Parenting: 14 Gospel Principles That Can Radically Change Your Family'.
    Venue: Monthermer Road

Children and Youth:

  • For Children: The 0-11 year-olds will be playing games, singing songs and learning that Jesus wins and we are blessed if we trust in Him - studying the book of Revelation. Parents, please sign your children up for the program by emailing . Drop your children off from 4:45pm - 6:15pm in the Pierce Hall. Please bring a packed dinner for your child to have during the session.
    Venue: Monthermer Road
  • For Youth: There is an Equip session running for Edge-age kids. They will be thinking practically about how we engage with the ups and the downs of our culture so that we can enjoy it well and be pointed to Jesus. Please let know if your young person is planning on attending as it helps with organising groups and activities.
    Venue: Monthermer Road

Please arrive 10 mins early so you can find your seminar room. Seminars are available on a first-come first-served basis as some rooms have limited capacity.

The Equip seminars have been designed as distinct tracks. Join one on week 1 and try to stick with it for four sessions.

Children can be dropped off from 4.45pm, in the Pierce Hall and collection from 6:15pm in the chapel. Please bring a packed tea for your child to have during the session.

Youth can arrive from 4:45pm and can either be picked up from the GF room at 6:15pm or can make their own way up to the chapel.
