Equip is a four-week seminar series run each year as part of our vision to equip God's people at Highfields. They will take place in-person on Sundays January 26th, February 2nd, February 9th, February 16th, and will include some time altogether as a church as well as time in your chosen seminar series.

Seminars will take place place from 9:45am to 11:00pm (with full children and youth tracks at 9:30am) and followed by a time of worship all together in the chapel from 11:15am.  Refreshments will be served from 12:00noon in the Pierce Hall.

This year's Equip will consist of the following seminar tracks

  • Flawed Heroes:
Lessons from 17th & 18th century church history. If God can use flawed heroes in the past, perhaps he can use us as well.
  • The Gospel at Work:
How working for Jesus brings meaning to our jobs and purpose in His mission.
  • Going for Growth:
How to handle God's Word and share it with one another one to one and in small groups.
  • Saved New World:
Why Jesus' resurrection matters then, now and forever.

Youth track

  • Written in the Stars:
How our story fits with God's big story of the prince who came to marry his bride.
